True Caller ,a very popular app for searching phone numbers is being hacked by Syrian Electronic Army Hackers as reported by hackers on twitter.

                            

This app uses various permissions ,which includes most of the private data, when one installs it. Hackers claim that they have access to many facebook ,twitter and gmail account as per thehackernews .7 Database of size 450 GB were reportedly downloaded .Also the Truecaller site mentioned that the site was under maintenance .
Make Sure You Don't Give Out Personal Information While Using Such Apps .
